RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - IN STORE PURCHASES

If you're less than pleased with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges in store within 14 days. Items must be in their original packaging, new/unused and must include the original sales receipt.
Returns will be issued in the form of store credit/exchange or a refund according to the original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for gift certificates, apothecary/soaps, earrings or final sale items .

Gift returns require a gift receipt (or original receipt) & are then treated the same as a regular return/exchange.

DO WE SHIP?

If you are interested in having an item shipped (perhaps you saw something in the store and rue the day for not makin' that purchase??)... please contact us and we can work with you to advise if shipping is an option. For Canada/USA orders, we will quote you the best shipping option with tracking.

PABOOM is not responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage or other fees that may be charged at the border, you'll have to take care of that part.
